About the role

Join an award‑winning recruitment agency as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. You will work across energy, technology and engineering sectors, building relationships with both candidates and clients while developing your sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates for a range of vacancies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and client organisations.
• Conduct market mapping and prospect new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Manage and update your candidate database.
• Develop specialist knowledge within your assigned sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2:1 degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and strong work ethic.
• Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed targets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
