About the role

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑calibre candidates for roles in property development, estate agency and real‑estate investment.
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies, understanding their hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop specialist knowledge of the property sector to advise both clients and candidates.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a performance‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career sales professional with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ambitious, competitive and resilient, thriving under target pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for the property sector and a desire to build a long‑term recruitment career.
