About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and corporate clients.
• Identify and source talent for roles in technology, legal and financial services sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement.
• Conduct candidate interviews and market research to understand client needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year university student with strong communication skills.
• Motivated, target‑driven and eager to develop a career in recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Interest in technology, legal or financial services markets.
