Graduate Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Telemarketing Executive to join our client’s growing team in Macclesfield. Working in a hybrid model, you will combine office and home‑based activities to generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective customers across multiple sectors.
• Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Research businesses to identify decision‑makers and new opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for the client’s sales team.
• Maintain accurate records and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve call and conversion targets while building strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Graduate with a passion for sales and communication.
• Previous B2B telemarketing or lead‑generation experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand diverse industries quickly.
• Confident, proactive, target‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, listening and written communication skills.

What we offer

• £12.71 per hour plus up to £400 monthly bonus.
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
• 36.5‑hour week with early Friday finish.
• Temp‑to‑permanent contract with regular team and social events.
