Group Reporting Manager

About the role

Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you will own the Group consolidation process and support the delivery of external reporting obligations. You will help shape the finance function by preparing annual and interim reports and providing technical accounting guidance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Group consolidation process.
• Prepare and review annual and interim financial reports.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to finance and non‑finance teams.
• Interact regularly with senior finance stakeholders, auditors and operational teams.
• Support strategic projects, process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA preferred) with strong technical accounting foundation.
• Current experience at Audit Senior Manager, Senior Manager or Manager level in a Big Four or leading accountancy practice, or equivalent Group Reporting experience in a listed or large corporate environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex accounting matters to both finance and non‑finance audiences.
• Experience with IFRS, statutory reporting and complex group structures is highly advantageous.
