About the role

Megan's Restaurant is expanding across the South and is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our Twickenham site. You will oversee a premium Mediterranean‑inspired menu, manage fresh‑ingredient preparation and ensure high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
• Plan, develop and execute menus using fresh, high‑quality ingredients.
• Control food costs and margins while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in line with regulations.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a premium restaurant or gastro‑pub.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing teams.
