Head of Account Management – £70k + Bonus (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Account Management to lead our Account Management team and own key strategic accounts within a fast‑growing SaaS business serving construction, infrastructure and engineering sectors. This hybrid role combines people leadership with direct responsibility for revenue growth, customer retention and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage a portfolio of key and enterprise customers, build senior stakeholder relationships and oversee renewals and negotiations.
• Deliver retention, renewal and expansion targets, driving cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure customers achieve measurable value from the platform and increase product adoption across departments.
• Track performance, customer health and provide forecasting and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Account Management, Customer Success or Strategic Accounts teams.
• Strong background managing enterprise or key customer relationships with a record of retention and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to coach high‑performing teams and influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Data‑driven approach to account planning and growth.
