Head of Change – ERP Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Change to shape, lead and deliver a large‑scale global ERP and Finance Management System transformation for a leading legal firm across EMEA. This senior role will drive the people‑change agenda, ensuring successful adoption of new finance, billing, risk and matter‑management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end Change, Communications and Training strategy for the ERP transformation.
• Lead business readiness activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and adoption planning.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leadership and influence stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Oversee the design and delivery of training programmes, learning journeys and communications tailored to diverse user groups.
• Monitor organisational readiness and support go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience as Head of Change within the legal sector.
• Demonstrated success leading large‑scale global Finance Management System transformations across EMEA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong capability to drive engagement and adoption across multiple business functions.
