Head of Finance (6-9 month contract)

About the role
Equifind Group is seeking a Head of Finance for a fast‑growing hospitality brand on a 6‑9 month contract. Reporting to the leadership team, you will lead the finance function and partner closely with senior stakeholders across a multi‑site business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead month‑end, management accounts and board reporting.
- Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital.
- Develop commercial reporting and KPIs to support business performance.
- Oversee audit, statutory reporting, VAT and financial compliance.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology.
- Lead the finance team and drive process improvements and automation.
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Experience as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
- Background in hospitality, food, retail or manufacturing.
- Strong commercial business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
