Head of Growth

About the role

This is a senior, high‑autonomy position reporting to the CMO of a fast‑growing consumer‑tech business. You will own the growth engine, driving acquisition, conversion and unit‑economics while leading a talented team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full paid‑media strategy across brand awareness, mid‑funnel, programmatic and emerging channels, managing budget allocation and spend efficiency.
• Identify, test and validate new acquisition channels while protecting customer quality as spend scales.
• Build and run a high‑cadence creative testing framework, translating performance data into briefs and scaling winning ideas.
• Own organic search performance end‑to‑end, including technical SEO, content strategy and Generative Engine Optimisation for AI‑powered search environments.
• Hold commercial accountability for the conversion funnel, partnering with Product on landing‑page, onboarding and checkout optimisation.
• Manage digital revenue performance with full P&L visibility, defining and tracking key commercial metrics.
• Build robust growth forecasting models to inform investment decisions and board‑level planning.
