Head Receptionist

About the role
As Head Receptionist at Easipetcare, you will lead the client care team, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for both pet owners and patients. You will provide day‑to‑day leadership, support reception colleagues and help shape the overall client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of three receptionists.
- Manage daily workflows, appointments and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with veterinary and practice leadership to continuously improve the client journey.
- Support practice initiatives such as team‑building events and community outreach.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm, prioritize tasks and handle a busy environment.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude toward improving client experience.
