Healthcare Recruiter – Richmond (On-site)

About the role

Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking a proactive Healthcare Recruiter to join its Richmond Head Office. Working full‑time on‑site, you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for specialist home‑care staff, ensuring rapid and safe placement of high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, ATS talent pools, referrals and previous applicants.
• Review applications promptly, make outbound calls and keep candidates engaged.
• Screen candidates for experience, availability, right‑to‑work, location and shift suitability.
• Manage candidates through interview, onboarding, compliance checks and training readiness.
• Re‑engage dormant candidates and maintain clear communication on next steps.
• Maintain accurate records in TeamTailor and other recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with Coordination, Care Management and Clinical teams to understand priority vacancies and rota risk.
• Escalate early if candidate flow, quality or conversion rates fall short.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing or candidate management, preferably within healthcare.
• Commercially minded with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to assess candidate suitability quickly and accurately.

Required skills

• TeamTailor (or similar ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn sourcing expertise.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment compliance processes.
