Housekeeper – Flexible Shifts at Holiday Inn Express

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at the Holiday Inn Express located on the historic Chester Racecourse. You will help create welcoming, clean environments for guests while enjoying flexible, app‑managed shifts and weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service all public areas according to the hotel’s cleaning schedule.
• Maintain guest rooms to a high standard, including changing towels and bed linen.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and stock levels.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards or damages to management promptly.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and overall presentation.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with genuine pride in maintaining clean environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a guest‑focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided.

Required skills

• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and use standard cleaning equipment.
• Basic stock‑management and reporting skills.
