HR Business Partner – Hybrid (Education Sector)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join a respected education organisation in Fleet. The role blends strategic people initiatives with hands‑on support, allowing you to influence culture, talent and organisational success in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide expert advice across the employee lifecycle, including relations, performance management, learning & development and compliance.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition, creating innovative attraction strategies.
• Support succession planning, talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Analyse people data to influence decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and embed robust HR policies, processes and compliance frameworks.
• Build strong relationships to promote a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and HR service providers.

Required profile

• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
• Broad HR generalist knowledge covering recruitment, employee relations, performance, learning, reward and compliance.
• Passion for talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational development.
• Confidence using HR metrics and data to influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to create positive employee experiences.
