HR Business Partner – People Strategy Lead

About the role
As an HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in shaping a high‑performing, people‑centred culture at Safran Actuation Systems. Working closely with senior leaders and employees, you will translate the People strategy into concrete actions that drive engagement, capability development and organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with designated Value Streams and functional leads to align people initiatives with the Business Plan.
- Lead organisational transformation programmes, including restructuring, redundancies, contract variations and TUPE processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with directors, senior managers, employees and trade‑union representatives.
- Coach and mentor leaders on best people practices, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Support HR colleagues on key projects and strategic goals across the site.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with trade unions.
- Ability to influence and drive change in a complex, multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
