HR Manager – Senior HR Advisor (FMCG)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager to join a fast‑moving FMCG client near Paignton. In this onsite, full‑time position you will lead employee relations, recruitment and HR policy implementation while supporting the optimisation of the HR Information System.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management and engagement.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop, review and update HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of HRIS and related projects.
• Design and deliver HR training sessions across the organisation.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Coach and develop junior HR team members.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision‑making.
• Perform routine HR administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR/Employee Relations experience.
• Experience within the FMCG sector or a comparable industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage at all organisational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
