About the role
The HR People Advisor will work on‑site at Rolls‑Royce’s Bristol manufacturing and engineering facilities, providing hands‑on HR support across multiple operational areas. You will partner with leaders and staff to address employee issues, drive HR processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Support on‑site business teams with core HR processes such as employee relations, recruitment, engagement and culture initiatives.
- Coach managers on handling sensitive or complex HR matters, policy implementation and personal development.
- Liaise with centralized case‑management, recruitment, payroll, reward and employee‑relations teams to deliver day‑to‑day HR services.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and inform decision‑making.
- Assist in documenting local HR policies and delivering training.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent in an operational manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience working in a unionised, shift‑based workforce.
- Strong stakeholder‑management abilities with a constructive challenge mindset.
- Good working knowledge of HR processes and related IT systems.
