HR Projects Partner – 9 Month Fixed-Term

About the role

This 9‑month fixed‑term position supports the senior HR team in delivering a range of HR projects and organisational change initiatives. You will act as the HR advisory lead, ensuring people‑related activities align with operational and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical HR support on people initiatives and organisational change, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Coordinate and monitor HR project activities, manage documentation and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with managers to identify people‑related challenges and develop commercially focused solutions.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation, offering proactive HR guidance.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, conduct, grievances and change.
• Produce and interpret HR data and management information to identify trends and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Advisory or Employee Relations within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven track record of supporting organisational change, restructures or people‑focused projects.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
• Comfortable managing a broad range of employee relations matters with a balanced, pragmatic approach.
