HR Site Lead – Leominster (Tyrrells)

About the role

KP Snacks is seeking an experienced HR Site Lead to join the Tyrrells manufacturing site in Leominster. You will partner with the Head of Manufacturing to shape the people agenda, build leadership capability and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture where colleagues can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the site’s people strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding organisational change and employee engagement.
• Champion continuous improvement through the Intersnack Work System (IWS).
• Lead a small Learning & Development and Facilities team to enhance the colleague experience.
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and employee relations.

Required profile

• Proven HR leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive cultural change and improve employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
