Human Resources Generalist Internship – 12‑Month Placement

About the role

Boeing is looking for a motivated HR Generalist Intern to join its UK Human Resources team for a 12‑month placement. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full HR spectrum, supporting business projects, policy updates, and case work while learning about the aerospace industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in delivering project actions and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the UK.
• Provide advice to managers and employees on a range of people‑related activities.
• Support investigations, take minutes, and facilitate formal hearings as needed.
• Work with Total Rewards to develop and roll out updated policies and pay practices.
• Help design and deliver manager training sessions.
• Collect and analyse data for the global HR dashboard.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
• Possession of a UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Currently enrolled in a degree programme (any discipline).
• Strong interest in the aerospace sector and HR generalist functions.
• Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
