Insurance Quality Lead – Sales & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for an Insurance Quality Lead to boost sales performance and ensure compliance across our broker teams. You will work closely with broking, sales, technical controls and compliance functions to raise broker capability, improve customer outcomes and meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop broker capability through monthly coaching cycles, call and file reviews, and structured feedback.
• Design and deliver learning sessions on objection handling and creating positive customer outcomes.
• Partner with sales leaders and compliance teams to maintain conversation diagnostics and best broking practices.
• Conduct risk‑based quality reviews, post‑call audits and monitor action plans for regulatory compliance.
• Document findings, maintain audit trails and propose remediation where issues arise.
• Chair monthly quality and coaching huddles, aligning themes with sales operations.
• Collaborate with Technical Controls to ensure brokers follow correct procedures and ask the right risk‑assessment questions.
• Adhere to Data Protection, FCA guidance and internal governance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in broker distribution, sales coaching and quality assurance/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial SME insurance and broker processes.
• Ability to balance technical depth with a collaborative, coaching mindset.
