Interim Global Tax Manager (FinTech)

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised Fin‑Tech company that is scaling an innovative product with real‑world impact. This interim position offers the chance to own the tax compliance function, work directly with senior stakeholders and see how tax supports rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end tax compliance for the group’s global entities.
• Maintain the relationship with outsourced tax compliance providers.
• Assist in preparing US GAAP tax provisions and disclosures for statutory accounts and group reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities and external advisors on compliance queries.
• Ensure tax compliance is embedded for new entities and products from launch.
• Contribute to tax projects such as transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Develop and improve internal tax processes, controls and reporting as the function matures.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
• 5 + years of relevant tax experience in practice (Big 4 or mid‑tier) or a mix of practice and in‑house roles.
• Strong grounding in corporate tax compliance and reporting.
• Experience with international or multi‑jurisdictional tax work.
• Willingness to dive into detailed tax matters.
