Interior Architect – Ultra‑Luxury Hospitality & Residential Project

About the role

We are seeking an Interior Architect to join our London studio and help shape an ultra‑luxury hospitality and branded residential development in the Middle East. You will work alongside architects and designers to translate an established vision into a cohesive interior narrative for hotel front‑of‑house spaces, luxury suites, and wellness amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts for hotel front‑of‑house areas, branded residences and associated amenity spaces.
• Produce high‑quality 3D models, design studies and visual presentations to communicate intent.
• Create mood boards, material palettes and presentation packages for client engagement.
• Collaborate with architects, specialist consultants and manufacturers to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Assist in preparing drawing packages, schedules and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate bespoke interior elements such as joinery, furniture and decorative features.
• Present ideas confidently in internal reviews and client‑facing meetings.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience on luxury hospitality, branded residential or ultra‑high‑end residential projects.
• Strong understanding of front‑of‑house experiences and the interplay between hospitality and residential design.
• Refined aesthetic sensibility with exceptional attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced 3D‑modelling using Rhino, 3ds Max or equivalent visualisation software.
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD.
• Experience producing mood boards, CGI imagery and high‑standard presentation materials.
