International Mortgage Adviser – London & Europe Travel

About the role

We are seeking an International Mortgage Adviser to join our London team and support UK and overseas clients looking to finance residential property across Europe. The role combines client‑facing advisory work with the structuring and placement of mortgage solutions, while requiring regular travel to key European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors purchasing or refinancing property in Europe.
• Structure, negotiate and place residential finance solutions with European lenders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with introducers, private banks and other financing partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal property teams to generate and convert referrals.
• Travel 3–5 days per month across Europe to meet clients, partners and lenders.
• Ensure all advice and transactions comply with UK and EU regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a mortgage adviser within a European market.
• Proven track record of generating business and meeting sales targets.
• Experience building and managing client and partner relationships.
• Fluent in English and at least one European language (French, Spanish or Portuguese preferred).
• Strong understanding of European mortgage markets and regulations.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
• Professional, organised and client‑focused approach.
