Investment Associate – Real Estate Private Equity

About the role

We are looking for an Investment Associate to join our London‑based real estate private equity team. You will work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the full investment lifecycle, supporting the acquisition, management and monitoring of a diversified property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses for potential real estate investments.
• Conduct commercial, financial and technical due‑diligence on target assets.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
• Analyse property markets, identify new investment opportunities and support deal sourcing.
• Assist with acquisitions, asset‑management initiatives and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance or Real Estate Advisory.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and quantitative abilities.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
