Investment Counsellor – Ultra‑High Net Worth (UK Market)

About the role

The Investment Counsellor works within Citi Private Bank to serve ultra‑high net worth (UHNW) clients in the UK market. Acting as the primary investment advisor, you will combine market expertise with a broad product suite to deliver tailored solutions and grow client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for UHNW clients, providing investment advice, portfolio recommendations and after‑sales execution.
• Identify suitable products, generate investment ideas and execute direct selling activities.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and product specialists to bridge client needs with internal capabilities.
• Drive business development, revenue generation, client satisfaction and asset gathering targets.
• Stay informed on financial markets and communicate actionable insights to clients.

• Strategic professional with deep understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and emotional empathy when dealing with senior clients.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of business development and relationship management.
