IT Systems Administrator – Secure IT Team

About the role

As a member of VodafoneThree’s Secure IT team you will play a hands‑on role in keeping the systems that support our most sensitive operations running smoothly. You will work in a collaborative environment, troubleshooting daily issues, supporting colleagues and maintaining secure IT environments that our customers rely on.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st‑ and 2nd‑line IT support across the business.
• Deploy new equipment, including full server builds.
• Maintain, patch and upgrade systems to ensure security and reliability.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Assist in the upkeep of secure environments for critical national infrastructure and public sector organisations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, security‑focused environment.
