IT Technician – School Support (Ealing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join the support team of a vibrant secondary school in Ealing. The role starts in September and offers a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, allowing you to ensure the school’s technology runs smoothly for both staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to staff and students.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, laptops and classroom equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and system updates.
• Assist with installations, upgrades and general maintenance.
• Ensure IT systems remain secure and effective.
• Log and track support requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT support in a busy environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff and students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
