About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team on Billericay High Street. No prior recruitment experience is required – we provide full training and a clear pathway to build your own client and candidate portfolio within the finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for permanent and contract vacancies.
• Advertise roles across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities and arrange interviews.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate new leads through outbound calls.
• Work towards individual and team targets while developing market knowledge of accountancy and finance.
