Junior Consultant – London

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our London office. The role is designed for professionals with 12‑24 months of experience in a consulting or professional‑services environment who want to develop their consulting capabilities within a collaborative, fast‑paced and values‑led organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development through research, proposal drafting and proofreading, and help shape new opportunities.
• Assist in client delivery by analysing problems, creating data‑driven insights, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, including sector development, wellbeing programmes, onboarding of new colleagues and continuous personal development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 12‑24 months demonstrable experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
