Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – London

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our London office. This is an excellent opportunity for early‑career professionals who want real responsibility from day one and to develop their skills alongside experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of early‑stage cost estimates.
• Contribute to tender submissions and bid packages.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, design and commercial teams.
• Help track project budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Analyse project data to inform decision‑making.
• Develop proficiency in Eque2 and Evaluate software through provided training.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Some relevant experience gained through placement, internship or a junior role.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and solid Excel abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
