Key Account Manager – InMotion, TK Maxx & Screwfix

About the role

The Key Account Manager will own and grow strategic partnerships with InMotion, TK Maxx and Screwfix across the UK. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, shaping commercial strategies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver sustainable growth in both store and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the three retail accounts.
• Design and execute account‑specific commercial plans to increase sales and market share.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends and provide actionable forecasts.
• Lead joint business planning, promotional activities and range optimisation.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to align campaigns and stock.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions and trading terms to maximise profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution across in‑store and e‑commerce environments.
• Report performance and insights to senior internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager managing multiple retail accounts, preferably in consumer electronics or fast‑moving sectors.
• Familiarity with diverse retail formats such as discount, trade/DIY or travel retail.
• Commercially astute, highly organised and able to juggle several priorities.
• Data‑driven, results‑focused and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
