About the role

Join Levi’s iconic Regent Street store as a part‑time Keyholder, working 12‑hour shifts across weekends and selected weekdays. You will act as a vital link between our products and customers, supporting stylists and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to meet KPIs and personal sales targets.
• Maintain high visual standards throughout the store and assist with stockroom organization.
• Handle deliveries and ensure efficient stock replenishment.
