About the role
Join the Yates Blackpool team as a Kitchen Team Member, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality pub food in a vibrant, seaside setting. This permanent, onsite position offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to develop hospitality skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and produce dishes to specification.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Support stock taking, order handling and delivery oversight.
- Help maintain and operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Offer suggestions to improve kitchen performance and work with the team to meet targets.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills daily.
- Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders and stock management.
- Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment.
