KYC & Data Remediation Analyst – Wealth Management (4‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a KYC & Data Remediation Analyst to join the Wealth Management division of a leading investment bank. The role is a four‑month contract based in London and will focus on improving the quality and governance of client and partner data across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a data remediation project, reviewing existing client and partner records to identify gaps, inconsistencies and standardisation opportunities.
• Coordinate system updates and ensure accurate, complete client information is maintained.
• Liaise with clients to collect KYC documentation and supporting evidence where required.
• Work with Operations teams to manage approvals and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks to validate the accuracy of data updates.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, playbooks and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and other stakeholders to resolve issues and support timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and account maintenance requirements.
• Previous experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, Operations, KYC, AML, client onboarding or data remediation.
• Excellent analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective organisational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client engagement abilities.
