Lead Site Manager – Offshore Commissioning

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Site Manager to oversee offshore commissioning sites for large‑scale wind farm projects. The role combines safety‑focused site supervision with resource planning and stakeholder coordination in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise offshore construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule compliance.
• Monitor all construction activities and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate resources, including marine operations, adapting to environmental conditions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel for seamless execution.
• Track daily progress against contractual performance targets and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the construction phase.
• Maintain high‑quality construction practices and accurate cost and deliverable planning.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager in the wind industry, offshore construction or O&M phases.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles, methods and best practices.
• Familiarity with process safety standards and relevant local legislation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Analytical, structured approach with ability to manage complex operations.
