Learning and Talent Consultant – Talent Experience

About the role

Ramboll is looking for a Learning and Talent Consultant to join its Talent Experience Centre of Excellence. You will work across global business areas and subject‑matter experts to translate workforce priorities into high‑impact learning and talent solutions that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners and experts to identify capability gaps and design tailored learning programmes.
• Translate strategic workforce priorities into scalable development initiatives that support business performance.
• Lead the design, delivery and quality assurance of learning and talent programmes.
• Co‑own and operationalise the learning framework, ensuring consistency across all solutions.
• Collaborate with Talent Experience and other Centres of Excellence to align learning with career, leadership, EDI and talent strategies.
• Use stakeholder insights, business priorities and external trends to continuously improve offerings.
• Contribute to broader talent management projects such as knowledge management or AI‑based HR solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering learning and talent development initiatives in a global, matrix‑organisational context.
• Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategic goals into practical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
