About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming primary school in Hackney, Tower Hamlets. The role starts in September 2026 and is full‑time, Monday to Friday, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils.
- Assist children with special educational needs and additional needs to access the curriculum.
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement and emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to tailor support.
Required profile
- Experienced Learning Support Assistants or Level 3 Teaching Assistants/Early Years Practitioners.
- Graduates or candidates with experience in schools, nurseries, childcare or youth work.
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s academic, social and emotional development.
