Leasing Professional – Urbane at Alewife

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Urbane at Alewife community will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless experience from first inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings, and run criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage renewal negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to execute leasing and renewal strategies.
