Lecturer – Business Management (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Business Lecturer to deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across our Business Management programmes. You will lead designated modules, support student development and contribute to curriculum enhancement while progressing towards cohort‑level leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, inclusive teaching for Levels 4‑6 (Level 3 & 7 desirable), both in‑person and online.
• Create lesson plans, schemes of work and teaching materials aligned with curriculum and awarding‑body standards.
• Develop and lead business modules, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences.
• Design coursework, assignments and examinations; mark and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate assessment records, participate in standardisation, moderation and examination boards.
• Provide academic and pastoral support through tutorials, drop‑in sessions and progress monitoring.
• Contribute to curriculum development, review cycles and quality assurance processes.
• Engage in research, scholarly activity or external partnership initiatives as appropriate.
• Undertake structured training and mentoring toward programme‑level leadership responsibilities.
• Participate in team meetings, staff development and quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering higher‑education teaching in business or related subjects.
• Ability to develop and lead modules, produce curriculum‑aligned teaching materials.
• Strong commitment to inclusive, innovative pedagogy and student success.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and leadership training.
