Lettings Consultant – City of London

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, customer‑focused Lettings Consultant to join a highly regarded residential estate agency located in the heart of the City of London. This fast‑paced, premium lettings environment offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of quality rental properties while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants and match them with suitable rental properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and secure lettings.
• List and market new rental properties, maintaining accurate listings.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and applicants throughout the lettings process, providing regular feedback.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date applicant database and CRM system.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the lettings journey.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential lettings, estate agency or a target‑driven sales environment.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and a proactive "can‑do" approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
