Onboarding Move Manager

About the role

LRG, an award-winning national property company with over 300 branches across England and Wales, is seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing Onboarding Move Manager for its Lettings Operations team in Pride Park. The role manages the compliance and administrative pipeline of tenancies, from first contact through to a timely move-in, working closely with the move management department.

Key responsibilities

• Validate property ownership data and update internal records accurately
• Run AML, PEP and sanction checks on landlords and obtain all safety documents needed to let a property
• Issue, track and secure signed Terms of Business and Letting Agreements
• Initiate the referencing process on third-party systems
• Track and secure mandatory safety certificates (EICRs, EPCs, Gas Safety records)
• Check local authority licensing conditions, including HMO regulations
• Audit and input accurate accounting data into the platform
• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone and other means, handling objections and chasing outstanding documents

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail for financial and legal records
• Assertive, professional communication and strong phone skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet SLAs and deadlines
• Problem-solving ability and proactive objection handling
• Previous industry knowledge is preferable but not essential; training is provided

Required skills

• Direct, hands-on experience with bespoke software is great but not essential
• Data entry accuracy
