Lettings Manager – Senior Residential Lettings

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join a market‑leading independent estate agency in Woking. You will work with a high‑end portfolio and lead a team of property professionals, driving growth and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of lettings agents.
• Grow the residential lettings business and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage top‑end lettings transactions and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a senior residential lettings role.
• Proven track record of expanding a lettings business.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
