Lettings Negotiator – Build-to-Rent (Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire)

About the role

Join one of the UK’s fastest‑growing build‑to‑rent operators as a Lettings Negotiator covering developments across Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. You will manage a regional portfolio, conduct viewings and inspections, support residents throughout their tenancy and ensure a high‑quality customer experience while working field‑based with full autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Manage move‑ins and move‑outs, including hand‑overs and inventories.
• Carry out mid‑term property inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate maintenance works with contractors and monitor property condition.
• Ensure Right‑to‑Rent compliance and update internal systems and resident records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support health and safety standards across all developments.

Required profile

• Experience in residential lettings, property management or a similar property role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability and self‑management of diary.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Confidence working independently in a field‑based role.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
