Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Connells, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join its residential lettings team in Yeovil. You will work in a fast‑paced environment delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, handling viewings, administration and compliance throughout the lettings journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and schedule rental valuations and market appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure lettings agreements.
• Progress successful lettings through to tenant move‑in.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings or property sales (preferred).
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and positive attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, internet and email systems.
