Lettings Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lettings Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of training programmes for our residential lettings and property management teams across Spicerhaart. In this role you will empower colleagues with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes aligned with procedural compliance and legislative requirements.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date training manuals, documentation and operations manuals.
• Review and refresh training materials to ensure they reflect current company policies and best practice.
• Support other departments in the upkeep of operational documentation.
• Stay informed on industry best practices in training and recommend improvements.

What we offer

• Hybrid working from our Head Office in Colchester.
• Basic salary up to £36,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Annual bonus of up to 10% of salary based on half‑yearly targets.
