Sales Valuer – Property Valuations & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join a respected estate agency in Colchester. You will be responsible for converting property valuations into new business opportunities while delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals across the local area.
• Win instructions and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process where required.
• Collaborate with buyers, mortgage advisors and internal teams.
• Achieve and exceed agreed performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of winning valuation instructions.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and results‑focused.
• Professional, personable and commercially aware.
• Full UK driving licence.
