Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer – Derby

About the role

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer to join our Derby gym. You will work in a 24/7 facility delivering tailored fitness programmes and supporting members to achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑to‑one personal training sessions and group classes.
• Assess members’ fitness levels and design customised workout plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust programmes and provide motivation.
• Maintain a safe, clean training environment and ensure equipment is used correctly.
• Promote additional services such as Hyrox training and gym membership benefits.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).
• Passion for helping people and strong customer focus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with members.
