Luxury Home Estate Agent – High Earnings

About the role

Join Fine & Country as a Luxury Home Estate Agent, focusing on high‑value properties in the West Midlands. You will work remotely, leveraging the brand’s national network to generate sales of homes priced from £1M to £5M+.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, market and sell luxury residential properties on behalf of clients.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of high‑net‑worth buyers and sellers.
• Utilise Fine & Country’s marketing materials, technology tools and support team to maximise exposure.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in the premium segment.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
