Luxury Travel Reservations Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Travel Reservations Support Executive to join a leading luxury travel organisation in Greater Manchester. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth booking experience and handling all aspects of reservations, cancellations and modifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Reservations Manager in processing bookings for operators, agents and direct passengers.
• Load group contracts, manage rooming lists and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to website enquiries and general customer queries.
• Provide visa information letters and monitor the visa inbox for new bookings.
• Prepare and manage tour documentation before and after travel.
• Maintain the reservations system, including tour loading and inventory management.
• Create and edit reservation promotions and special offers.
• Support the collection and analysis of customer feedback data.

Required profile

• Experience in travel industry reservations, customer service or administration.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
• Proactive, able to take initiative and work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection.
• Flexible team player with a customer‑focused attitude.
